Free UK Delivery

We offer a free UK standard delivery service (1-3 days) for all retail orders. We use Royal Mail 48 for this delivery service within the UK, sometimes your package may require a signature on delivery.

We will always aim to dispatch all standard orders within 1 working day of receipt, however during busy times you may experience a slight delay in dispatch. Delivery times are an estimate only provided by Royal Mail and commence from dispatch date.

Overseas Shipping

We offer two levels of service. Express shipping via DHL or Standard delivery using Royal Mail and the national carrier of the destination country

Standard Overseas Delivery

All overseas deliveries are tracked. We offer Royal Mail’s International Tracked service. For countries where tracked is not available we use the Royal Mail’s ‘International Signed For’ service. This service requires a signature on delivery.

International deliveries can take up to 14 working days and may be subject to delays by national carriers. Influenstar cannot be held responsible for any delays caused during destination customs clearance process.

Please be aware that orders shipped outside the European Union may be liable to taxes, duties, custom charges and extra fees charged by the courier company at destination. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charge once the package has been shipped from our UK studio.

Late and lost deliveries

If your delivery has been delayed (7 days for UK Royal Mail and 21 days for International Airmail since dispatch) please contact us and we will assist with tracking the package. Often a delivery attempt has been made but a card has not been left. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of dispatch (25 days for international items) as this is when Royal Mail considers items as being lost.

For international items sent by Airmail the package is handled by more than one postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery times as this is the responsibility of the destination postal service. Delays are possible due to customs clearance – this can take up to 2 weeks. We always recommend you use a secure delivery address.
